Talking about mental health helps reduce the stigmas that surround it. Here at The Tree, we strive to ensure each and everyone who walks through our doors receives the help they need without judgement and barriers.

As we wind down the last few days of summer, we want to wish everyone a safe & happy long weekend. The perseverance and strength our interior communities have faced make us so proud to be apart of this community 💜

We will be closed Monday, September 4 for the Stat holiday. We will reopen for regular drop-in hours, including Mondays food share, September 5.

We believe that food should be accessible by all.

We believe that food should be accessible by all. That all families, no matter how big or small, deserve the right to food security.

With school just around the corner, we want to ensure families have what they need to start the school year off healthy.

Every Wednesday from 930am-1pm we have our Food Share program that is designed to help families access food resources without any barriers. We do not ask for proof of income or family size. 💜

We can help you navigate these feelings during our Mothers For Recovery meeting tomorrow from 9:30am-11am. Connect with other Mothers on similar journeys and join us tomorrow 💜 We are here to help.

Here at The Tree, we help make families fuller by providing access to free, nutritious food sponsored by Food Mesh. Food Share is from 10am-1pm today.

No barriers. No registration required. Why? Because we believe that food security is a right, not a complicated process.

Food security is a growing concern for many families. We believe that food should be accessible for all, without any barriers such as proof of income or family size.

We help support woman & their families with the incredible nutritious donations from Food Mesh to provide weekly food share pick-ups.

Every Monday & Wednesday from 10am-1pm Food Share is available to access. No registration. No barriers. No judgement 💜

Come soak up the last month of summer with The Tree 🪴

Here is a list of some of our August programs:

✨Monday-Thursday from 9am-1pm is our drop in program. This is an amazing chance for woman to connect with like minded others, let the kids play and have some lunch! Our donation room is available to access, along with any other supports required.

✨Wednesdays from 1pm-2pm is SMART Recovery. A unique and science based approached to all things recovery.

✨Fridays from 9:30am-11:30am Mothers for Recovery support group. One of our most popular programs that give woman a chance to share their stories and connect with others.

Join us for this weeks all ages kids workshop!

🦜Today from 12-1 we will be painting birdhouses and learning about the different birds in Kamloops! 🦜

All of our workshops are free to attend and no preregistration is required. Parent participation is required.
